Bridge is free while your workspace’s measured storage usage stays under 5 GB. Every workspace supports unlimited users. There is no per-user subscription fee.

Paid workspace storage tiers are 200 GB for $30/month, 500 GB for $50/month, and 1 TB for $80/month. See current pricing before choosing a plan.

What usage includes

Usage includes stored file bytes and allocations for retained workspace records. It is not limited to the original files you upload. For example, a project document has a record allocation, and cloud-generated document viewing assets can add stored file bytes.

Workspace administrators can review the combined total and its file and record components in Settings → Usage, when they have the required access.

Refer to the Storage usage disclosure for the current record amounts, cloud rendering and tiling explanation, retained-content rules, and changes to allocations. That disclosure and the applicable service terms govern the detailed calculation.

Business line access

The 1 TB tier includes the ability to request Business Phone beta setup. You supply, manage, and pay for your own Twilio services separately. Bridge arranges the connection after you request access; a storage upgrade does not by itself configure a working phone line.
